Pickups are available Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00pm. An email confirmation will be sent once the order is ready for pickup. Please note that many of our items are made to order and may take up to two weeks to be complete.</p> <p>Free Shipping</p> <p>We offer free Standard shipping on Orders over $100 excluding oversized items for Customers shipping to the continental United States.</p> <p><strong>All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.</strong></p> <h3 id="doyoudeliverinternationally">DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?</h3> <p>We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada</p> <p>Free shipping is not valid on international orders.</p> <p>For information about customs process: Email orders@altusfineart.com</p> <p>Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at orders@altusfineart.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and write the RMA number on the outside, then mail you return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving you return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

ABOUT ALTUS FINE ART

Altus Fine Art grew out of a close personal friendship between Tim Leavitt, the founder of Altus Fine Art, and Simon Dewey, a well-known Christian artist.

Simon attended art school in London and created several paintings from his favorite stories in the Bible to hang in his own home. Visitors to his home would often ask him if there were copies available of these paintings.

In 1997 after many of these requests Simon had a print made of an image of the resurrected Christ coming out of the tomb titled, “He Lives”. These prints were available in the UK and also starting making their way over to the United States.

Tim and Simon had continued to keep in touch over the years and in a phone conversation they started talking about the interest and success of “He Lives”, and Tim wondered if there might be more interest in Simon’s work.

Tim started showing a number of Simon’s images to local galleries, bookstores, and to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints' magazine department. The response was overwhelming: people loved Simon’s work and wanted more. Tim felt like this might be a fun hobby helping his friend get these inspiring images out into the world where they could inspire and bless people’s lives.

Ordering

How can I track my order?

We make most products to order in 3 to 5 business days. You should automatically get an email with the tracking number when your order is shipped. If you haven't received a tracking number yet, your order is likely still in production. If it has been more than 5 business days, feel free to contact us with your order number.

I need to change or cancel my order. Can I do that?

We move quickly to get your art into production, but we're happy to help if we can! As long as your order has not yet entered production or been shipped, we can update or cancel it. Please contact us immediately with your order number for any changes.

I didn't get a confirmation email. Did my order go through?

Check your spam or "Promotions" folders first, as confirmation emails sometimes end up there. If you still don't see it, please reach out to us with your full name and the email address used at checkout, and we will confirm your order status.

I forgot to add the discount code to my order. Can you add that for me?

Please send us your order number and the discount code you meant to use. If the order is eligible, we'll either apply the discount or issue a refund for the difference.
